Chocolate Nutella Protein Powder Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup Orion Chocolate Nutella protein powder
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup honey (or 1:1 replacement Stevia, Erythritol, etc.)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, melted (optional but not really)
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
