Where is my order?

Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel leaves Ohio. Domestic orders usually land in 2-4 working days. If it has been longer than that, pick "My order" above with your order number and we will chase it.

How do I skip, pause or cancel a subscription?

From your account, or by messaging us here. There is no contract and no cancellation fee, and we will never make you ring to leave.

Can I change the flavour on my next delivery?

Yes, any time before it renews. Swap as often as you like.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes. Rates are calculated at checkout, and duties are the only thing we cannot cover for you.
